We will be performing a scheduled infrastructure upgrade on Saturday, Oct 10, 2026 at 06:00UTC to upsize database infrastructure, in order to enhance the performance, scalability and reliability of our services.
Impact Summary: There might be intermittent impact to the following services : - Access to existing filespaces and file operations in 3.x; - Provisioning of new filespaces and upgrades from 2.x to 3.x; - Operations with 2.x services will not be impacted.
The maintenance window is set to 30 minutes, however the procedure itself should take approximately 5 minutes; updates will follow the completion of the upgrade.
